TEACHING ASSISTANT 
Starting September 2017
Sc2, Spinal Point 9-13 (£8.56 - £9.18 / Hr)
13:00-15:15 Mon–Fri, Term Time Only
(With the option of additional Monday and Friday mornings 8:45-12:00)

Fixed Term Contract  for one year

 

We are looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to join our highly effective and dedicated staff. 
The Teaching Assistant role will focus on class support, delivering small group in and out of class intervention programmes and working with children with special educational needs or disabilities. Experience with phonics, Reading support and curriculum catch up programmes is desirable but not essential. Good Literacy and Numeracy skills are essential for these posts.

If you think you have the relevant experience or the drive to try something new then this role could be for you.

HLTA

Starting September 17

Sc 5, point 22-25, Actual Salary £14596 to £16006 pa

The role is 28.75 hrs/wk, 8.45am-3.45pm – Mon to Fri

Term Time Only

 

We are looking to recruit an outstanding Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our highly effective and dedicated staff – KS1 or KS2 experience considered.

 

The successful candidate will be class/year group based but will be required to provide short term whole class cover as required and also deliver intervention group work

We are looking for

  • A HLTA with good understanding of teaching & learning and the curriculum who is committed to developing children as independent learners
  • An enthusiastic practitioner with high expectations of pupil’s progress, attainment & quality of work
  • A practitioner with experience delivering intervention groups
  • A practitioner who has the highest regard for Health & Safety and safeguarding
  • A team player to join our team of dedicated and caring staff

Good Literacy and Numeracy skills are essential for this post.
