Does your child want to learn guitar? If so, Mr Hastings, our resident guitar teacher can help...
I have had the pleasure of teaching guitar at Furze Platt Junior school since 1990. My lessons are in small groups and initially cover chords, moving onto notation reading, using a wide selection of genres. Exams are possible with the ABRSM and many pupils achieve excellent results! I have 100% exam pass rate! However, the focus is very much on the enjoyment of learning an instrument, with regular school performances.
